Not needed, libldap2-dev can be used instead.

Bug description:
  mozilla-ldap-sdk needs packaging.  The Mozilla LDAP C SDK is a set of
  libraries that allow applications to communicate with LDAP
  (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) directory servers.

  This package is required for 389 Directory Server.
