Setting up 389-ds-base (1.2.10.4-0ubuntu3) ...
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing 389-ds-base (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 30

this is actually fixed in later release which dropped the debconf
template. Should pull that change for 12.04 though.
