Hi guys,

I've took another card from the trello board: "Rename Application model to
Collection everywhere."

Before going on the actual features, I think it should be better to have
these refactoring issues done.

Also send a merge proposal adding some tests for the changes I made to the
depends field and the import_accomplishments script.
