The build is broken due to a test I added, which works fine for me. The 
failure is because of a public key, but I'm worried that the test, even 
if left as a manual one, will fail for everyone, so before I fix it.  
Can someone please pull the latest accomplishments-daemon and run the 
tests with python tests/tests.py?  I need to know if you get a failure 
in test_get_is_asc_correct.
