Hi guys and gals!!

I propose that we do this song as a feature, with lots of people involved:

We could have a band with a drummer, bassist, guitarist and keyboardist.
Wouldn't be too hard to learn the song, it's pretty easy.

Then I figure it would be awesome to have four or five key Ubuntu folk sing
the main lines, and take turns singing each line/verse/chorus. The Ubuntu
woman could get involved on backing vocals, and at the end we could have an
awesome outro where the audience sings the chorus over and over. We could
film it, stick it up on YouTube and the planet afterwards and I absolutely
guarantee everyone in the community will love it.

I can play drums, trumpet, guitar and also sing, but I would be most
comfortable playing drums or singing. (Haven't played trumpet in years and
not particularly good at guitar.) I studied music through high school and
have quite a lot of band experience in different genres, so I'd be happy to
help organize it, arrange the tune and generally get the right feel. The
only thing is that I haven't been accepted for sponsorship yet so I don't
know if I will actually be going - fingers crossed!
