the address-book-app and the dialer app is not refreshed. It only
shows one contact after the service restarts.
Steps:
1) open contacts app and open dialer-app and go to contacts view
2) verify that all of your contacts are displayed
3) stop the address-book-service by typing "stop address-book-service"
4) verify that the contacts list becomes empty
5) start the address-book-service "start address-book-service"
Expected results:
- contacts view should be fully populated
Actual results:
- only one contact displayed after service is restarted
