  Call will be sent to voicemail if the user has an app in the
  foreground

Status in “telephony-service” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If an application is in the foreground, a call won't pop up telling
  the user

  STEPS to reproduce
  1. Open an app different from the telephony one, say the camera app
  2.  Produce an entry call to the phone
    -- The call will be sent to voicemail without notifying the user
