Title:
Cannot scroll to bottom of page in landscape orientation

Status in Web Browser App:
  Fix Committed
Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When browsing in landscape orientation on my Nexus 4, the bottom of
the page is always cut off. You can try to scroll up and see some
more, but it will always flick back when releasing the finger. Zooming
in reveals a bit more from the bottom.

In portrait mode, everything is displayed correctly.

This happens on any page and is 100% reproducible for me.

  Version: 0.22+13.10.20131001.2-0ubuntu1
