I just noticed that Shorts also does not confirm on delete when deleting
a feed.

I maintain that the default probably should be on the side of safety and
default to confirm since it seems to be quite easy for developers to
choose the wrong option.

Bug description:
  If I create a note (create it, then click somewhere out side it) and
  side swipe, there is no confirmation to perform the action. Since side
  swipes are an important part of changing between apps and bringing up
  the launcher, it is very easy to lose data.
