Bug description:
  Galaxy Nexus
  210309.2 build

  1) open the dialer app
  2) navigate to the keypad view or the contacts view
  3) make an incoming call to the phone from another phone

  Expected results:
  - the current view you are in should not change until you answer/decline the call

  Actual results:
  - the view switches immediately to Call Log view as soon as the snap decision notification is shown
