[Bug 1220264] Re: OSK is not always shown when entering a text input field on a web page
We need to re-check this behavior once oxide lands support for
inputMethods. If it is still an issue with oxide we'll need to dig
deeper.

Bug description:
While using the webbrowser on Manta frequently ended up trying to
input to a text field without the osk appearing. It was not
consistent. Refreshing the page I think always cleared it.
