[Bug 1225939] Re: Call duration resets if you switch away from dialer during a call
This bug was fixed in the package telephony-service -
0.1+14.04.20140206-0ubuntu1
---------------
telephony-service (0.1+14.04.20140206-0ubuntu1) trusty; urgency=low
[ Michael Terry ]
* Share current call contact info with the greeter.
[ Gustavo Pichorim Boiko ]
* Get the active timestamp for calls from the handler, as the observer
is unregistered every time the application goes out of focus. This
ensures that the call duration will always be correct. Save also the
DTMF string so that the application can restore that info too after
it is send to background and back to foreground. (LP: #1225939)

Title:
Call duration resets if you switch away from dialer during a call
Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch:
Confirmed
Status in “telephony-service” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Phone someone from Ubuntu phone.
Note the call duration on the screen.
Swipe away to look at a web page (maybe to read something out to the other person).
Swipe back to get to the dialler to hang up
Note that the duration resets when you come back to the dialler app.
The call duration should be retained while a call is ongoing, not
reset during the call.
