[Bug 1281026] Re: Putting call on hold no longer gives notification mako #188
These notifications were added recently as part of some design changes,
in fact they have only been there for two weeks or a bit more.
But after the two sprints we had (the design sprint and the apps
sprint), the design was changed again and those notifications were
removed as part of bigger design changes that should be happening in the
next few weeks. The user still has a visual clue that the call was put
on hold (the pause icon changes to play), but this is probably going to
be improved in the new designs.

Bug description:
Phone someone then put them on hold. In previous images (#181 for
example) there was a clear notification when someone was put on hold.
In #188 that no longer happens. See top of attached image from #181.
