  maguro: image 91: keyboard dissapears on ubuntuone login

Bug description:
  Issue:
  I go to sign into Ubuntuone and the keyboard disappears as the chrome bar goes.  If I have typed anything into the email address bar before this happens I can never get the keyboard back.

  Steps:
  1. Unlock the phone
  2. Goto the apps Scope
  3. Click on Installed
  4. Click on Ubuntu One
  5. Click on Sign in
  6. As soon as the keyboard appears start to type.
  7. Keyboard diassapears
  8. Click on either text field to retrieve the keyboard.

  Other test steps:
  1. Unlock the phone
  2. Goto the apps Scope
  3. Click on Installed
  4. Click on Ubuntu One
  5. Click on Sign in
  6. Wait for the keyboard to disappear
  7. Now click on the Email text Field.
