Title:
Editing image in Contacts causes system hang

Status in “address-book-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  1. Tap Contacts
  2. Tap Add
  3. Tap the image icon
  4. A window opens showing the Pictures directory. Nothing is active (can't select image, can't Cancel)
  5. Swipe the Unity bar/desktop back
  6. Reselect the Gallery app
  7. The device is now frozen and can only be hard rebooted

  Notes:
  A. If, after step 4, you long-press the Gallery recent app, nothing happens
  B. If, after step 4, you long-press the Contacts recent app, both Gallery and Contacts get the red X
  C. If, after step 4, you delete both open apps (Gallery and Contacts), no badness happens
  D. If, after step 4, you delete just the Gallery open app, you can go back to the Contacts app, but it just keeps "Loading". But you can still delete it from the desktop
