Changing status of ofono task to FixReleased as the ofono's message-
waiting interface was enabled for rilmodem device as of ofono version
1.12+bzr6856-0ubuntu1.

Bug description:
  build 128
  My phone with At+t sim is setup for voicemail. If a voicemail is left on my phone, I should be able to access it by longpressing on the "1" key. This should cause a call to the voicemail system but it does nothing when pressed.

  according to tiagosh, this interface is not implemented by ril and is causing the failure:
  org.ofono /ril_0 org.ofono.MessageWaiting.GetProperties
