  dialer switches to Call Log view when selecting from background

Bug description:
  1) launch dialer
  2) keypad view is displayed
  3) switch to dash so dialer goes to background
  4) click on dialer in dash or launcher to bring to foreground

  Result:
  the dialer call log view is shown

  Expected result:
  dialer should be on the previous view where it was before moving it to background
