[Bug 1234899] Re: [Dialer] selecting contact should dial the favorite number, but doesn't
Desired solution:
To favour a contact user needs to go to the profile and tap the STAR icon in the profile.
New design: The whole contact will be favourited. If user goes to contacts via dialer he can toggle in the view between ALL | FAVOURITES. tapping on the contact expands the list view and the desired number can be selected to make a call.
** Summary changed:
- selecting contact should dial the favorite number, but doesn't

Bug description:
I have a contact with two numbers: Home and Mobile (Home appears
first) and have clicked the star to the left of the Mobile number
(thus marking it a favorite). When I open the dialer and select the
contact, the Home number is dialed, not the favorite (Mobile).
