  [webapp-container] refresh does not work

  New

Bug description:
  when being hit by bug 1307981 (which makes you get the "page
  unreachable" error with a refresh button) i noticed that the "refresh
  page" button in a webapp does nothing (well, thats a lie, it slides up
  the toolbar from the bottom but will not refresh the page ever)

  the same goes for the refresh option from the hud, the toolbar slides
  up but the page content is never refreshed.
