Title:
  Photos tab needs animation progress on thumbnail loading

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Photos tab should show the animated spinners while the thumbnails
  are loading, the same way the Events tab does. Currently it just shows
  blank thumbnail outlines.

  To test, clear the thumbnail cache (~/.cache/Thumbnails) on the desktop.
  Launch the gallery-app and immediately switch to Photos tab. You should see animations while thumbnails are loading but you don't.
