Title:
  live call view disappears when making call from address-book

Bug description:
  build 301
  Nexus 4

  This only seems to happen the first time after reboot:

  1) reboot phone
  2) open address book and make sure you have a contact with a picture set
  3) press the dial button from the contact
  4) dialer comes up in live call view, but no picture or phone number showing in header
  5) while the call is still ringing the live call view goes away and the call log is shown
  6) when answer the call on the other side the call is live but no way to hang up from dialer app as the live call view is gone
