Bug description:
  image r60 on N4

  - Lock the screen
  - Call the phone, verify the phone rings
  - Accept the call from the lock screen
  - Hang up the call
  - Lock the phone
  - Call the phone again

  Expected Results:
  - the phone rings, notification appears

  Actual Results:
  - the phone does not ring, notification appears
