  Album launch very slow

Bug description:
  On the phone, launching an album (pressing the small album to enter
  the Album Viewer) can take quite a while to start and then to animate
  open.  We've seen it take two different times on two different
  devices.

  Note that the initial pause waiting for the animation to start appears
  to be due to using a Loader (to speed up start-up time) now compiling
  the Album Viewer code.
