Title:
  Dialer app can nolonger switch between calls or hang up on multiple
  calls

Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  With the landing of the new dialer the phone is now unable to hang up
  on multiple calls and switching between them doesn't seem to be
  working.

  STEPS:
  1. Setup the first call
  2. Put it on hold
  3. Click on the People Icon
  4. Select a new contact
  5. Call that one
  6. Try to switch to the paused call.
  7. Try and hang up on either call
