* Ensure that the twitter and facebook mobile sites never show banners
that suggests installing a native Android/iOS application based on
naïve parsing of the UA string.
* Ensure that all newly instantiated page delegates inherit the

* Enable application cache in browser and webapp container by default.

Application Cache, an html5 feature for webapps to work offline:
This demo does not work on the phone:

The grey box is stuck at "checking..."
Also found similar error on my own webapp, the state stays where no
communication has been done with the cache
api(window.applicationCache).
