  Phone app not coming to foreground when getting a call since Mir was
  enabled

Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In update 90 which switched Mir on, when I get a call the phone app
  doesn't come to the foreground for the duration of the call.
