  Invalid error message when accessing to inexistant files

Bug description:
  Mako OTA 5 rev 22

  When entering in the navigator an URL of the form file://blabla which
  points to a non existing file, the navigator says that there is a
  network problem, but the correct error message should be that the file
  does not exist !
