[Bug 1498609] [NEW] No notification about incomming calls on bluetooth headset

When I get incomming calls there is no notice on my bluetooth headset,
about these. This happened when the phone was silenced and also when it
was not. When the phone was not silenced, it at least did a little
crack.

There should be a notification in both cases.
