[Bug 1546363] [NEW] Can't use Bluetooth Headset during calls on MX4

Public bug reported:

OS Build Number
r257

Ubuntu Image Part
20160216

Ubuntu Build Description
Ubuntu 15.04 -armhf (20160216-020304)

Device Image Part
20160111-51982fc

Device Build Description
ARALE_MEIZU

Customization Image Part

-------

dialer-app:
Installed: 0.1+15.04.20160107.1-0ubuntu1 0

-----

Expected: Able to use Bluetooth Headset during a call
Result: Microphone and speaker on the headset do not work. The hangup button works.

I have been able to use this headset in the past, but last month, after
updates, the headset has stopped working during calls. I have tried two
other older bluetooth headsets that previously worked and they have
failed as well. All headsets work correctly with the Music and
CuteSpotify app.
