[Bug 1550148] [NEW] Only tapping on left part of the field can place the cursor into the inputting field.

Reproduce steps:
Step 1.Open the messaging application.
Step 2.Swipe up to create a new message.
Step 3.Type the name of the contact to send to in the To.. field.
Actual result:
Only tapping on left part of the field can place the cursor into the inputting field.
Expected result:Tapping on left or right part of the field can place the
cursor into the inputting field.
