  Real zoom level and reported zoom level mismatch when switching
  recording mode or camera

Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  - ensure you are in photo mode, not video mode
  - zoom to maximum zoom 
  - switch to video mode
  - switch back to photo mode

  What happens:
  - viewfinder is not zoomed, but zoom UI still reports maximum zoom

  Expected, any of the following:
  - viewfinder is not zoomed, and zoom UI reports no zoom
  - viewfinder is fully zoomed, and zoom UI reports full zoom
