[Bug 1562698] [NEW] Browser is rotated 90 degrees on VirtualBox with portrait-sized VM console

Public bug reported:

Dragging the console window so that it is no longer taller than it is
wide causes the browser to rotate to the correct orientation.

Also, I moved my Dash to the bottom, hence it not being on the left in
the attached screenshot. That's working as intended :)

Bug description:
