Bug description:
  from design:
  behavior on touch is correct - tapping the bottom edge hint should animate the hint to reveal something is beneath

  behavior with mouse connected is not correct. Clicking the hint with
  mouse should activate the bottom edge panel but it does not. Just
  makes it wiggle.
