[Bug 1299541] Re: We need a welcome screen that is useful
The default homepage has been http://start.ubuntu.com for a couple of
years. Creating a new tab opens the new tab view which lists the
bookmarks and most visited sites. Closing that bug now.

The current behaviour on start up is that www.ubuntu.com is opened -
I'm afraid this is less than ideal when using a mobile device. We need
a recent/bookmark view of sorts.
