  Quick scroll in contacts sometimes doesn't scroll the content

Bug description:
  Mako running rtm 214

  Open contacts
  scroll up to reveal the quick scroll letter set
  tap on a letter
  sometimes the list scrolls to the letter and sometimes it does not move
  It seems to do this when the contents are still moving when the tap is done but its not 100%
