  Photo preview in picker mode is very slow

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  From messaging app, attach an image, choose gallery, get the event
  view, preview the photo before selecting

  The preview took as long as 18 secs
  Opening the same photo in the app is immediate

  Picking from the camera is also immediate
