  Steps:
  1.Get a Krillin or Turbo
  2.Insert only one SIM (no matter slot1 or slot2)
  3.Try to make a phone call
  4.try to send a SMS

  Actual result:
  You can make a phone call, but cannot send a SMS because of dialog "No Sim card selected: You need to select a SIM card"

  Expected result:
  Be able to send SMS with single SIM card.
