Bug description:
  Test case.
  - Open address book.
  - Create a contact with forename, middle name and last name.
  - Open dialer app.
  - Select the contact with middle name.

  Expected result.
  - Dialer app displays the full name.

  Actual result.
  - Dialer app only displays forename and last name.
