Steps to reproduce:

1. Call *133# (or any *NNN# that works with your sim provider) - You will got a response (for e.g. you current balance)
2. Call again the same or any other *NNN# and you will got error: Invalid USSD Code

Hardware: Meizu PRO 5
OS: OTA-11
