[Bug 1591236] [NEW] Italian prediction engine does not suggest "è" when the user types "e"

Public bug reported:

Krillin, rc-proposed, r351

Basically the only reason I use the text prediction is to avoid having
to press and hold on keys to get to the accented letters (until we have
a custom layout which is more optimized for writing in Italian).

"È" is one of the most used words (it's the English "is").

It would be really useful if typing "e" would bring up "è" in the
suggested words, but at the moment it doesn't, and that means every time
I want to type such a common word/letter, I have to press-and-hold,
which is a massive slowdown (probably even due to the fact that
sometimes opening the press-and-hold overlay takes a bit too long) when
typing.

Note that the same behaviour already works for longer words, for
instance if you type "apriro" you'll get "aprirò" in the top3 suggested
words.

** Affects: ubuntu-keyboard (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
