  MEIZU PRO 5 camera app don't record video alright

  New

Bug description:
  Phone: MEIZU PRO 5 UBUNTU 15.04 OTA 11.
  App: Camera 3.0.0.652 - Ubuntu Core App Developers

  The camera records good video only for about 2 seconds, then garbles
  up the recording completely so the picture is distorted and mirrored
  upon itself.

  With OTA 10.2 and Previous versions of the Camera app the same bug
  happened.
