[Bug 1596293] [NEW] Video resolution setting forgotten when switching between front and back cameras

It seems the video resolution setting keeps on resetting to 720p
whenever I switch between back/front camera. If I only use eg rear
camera, the setting persists also reopening the app.
This causes unintended lower quality video recording.
I'm using turbo with rc-proposed 102.
