  Gallery App is unusable if you have many pictures

Bug description:
  I copied my whole picture collection to the SD card of my Meizu Pro 5
  in order to have them always on the go. Unfortunately, the Gallery app
  cannot handle such a huge amount of pictures in a convenient way. The
  initialization process at the beginning takes too long.

  My current workaround is to browse through my pictures using Geeqie in
  Libertine. This works surprisingly very well.
