[Bug 1603732] [NEW] "Ups... Something went wrong."

Public bug reported:

Since a few days I see this (photo) as a result of refreshing a web page
or web app. This photo was taken on Yahoo weather app. Both apps (there
are two available in the shop) give the same result. The app first opens
with an old localization, then probably finds a present one and tries to
refresh and then the error occurs.

I add this bug report to the browser because i noticed the same
behaviour while using the normal web browser and viewing the web pages.
When i click a link, refresh go backward or forward "something goes
wrong" and I'm out of business. In case of a web browser we can get
somehow to the requested page but web apps as in my case yahoo weather,
yahoo mail are useless. It happens since a few days. I haven't seen this
problem ever before.

** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
