Try installing qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-content1, that should solve the
issue:

  sudo apt install qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-content1

Title:
  Can't upload files using webapp-container

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I'm not able to upload files using webapp-container.

  I've tried this:

   1. $ webapp-container wiki.ubuntu-it.org
   2. login to the italian wiki
   3. click on the "attachment" link
   4. click on the icon to upload files

  Expected: a window for upload files should open
  Swat happens: error in the terminal: 
  "FilePicker::Show: Content requested a file picker, but the application hasn't provided one"
