I'm not sure it's the best way to track this, but I set up

where I listed the testing bits we currently have up and running (I knew
of). It'd be good if we listed what we currently we have and list what
we have planned.

In the last few weeks I was asked a couple of times what our testing
strategies were and it'd be nice to have some kind of overview how well
we're covered.
