Bug description:
Use anonymous login for LP.

http://blog.launchpad.net/general/anonymous-access-to-the-launchpad-web-service-api was announced and we should try to make use of it. Two things we should try to make sure though:

 - make sure we don't run into something like bug 510180
 - use caching if possible
