  "Upcoming Reapprovals" link to /teams/reapprovals has an important place
  on the page (directly under page title).  I am not convinced this is the
  best location for this OR if the link even needs to be on the page at
  all.  I'm not sure it is that relevant to the majority of the target
  audience.
