As an update any place that the username/LP name is displayed it should
also be a hyperlink to their LP profile. ;-p (This seems way more simple
then getting the real name out of LP, since this doesn't require api
calls, and caching considerations)

Status in LoCo Directory: Triaged

Bug description:
Currently, the LoCo Directory displays the Launchpad name of the administrators and owner of each LoCo's Launchpad team. Besides displaying the Launchpad name, the directory should also display the real name. Since LoCos meet up in real life, many people only know their fellow LoCo members by their real name and not their Launchpad name.
