I think that linking venues to a single team, then listing them by team
(which would result in mostly per-country groupings), would help.  Also
providing the ability to search/filter the venue list.

Mostly, though, people aren't going to be browsing the venue list too
often, especially since they don't really contain any information
besides location that would help someone select one for an event.  Once
we make the venue selection more intelligent on the Event pages, and
allow for venues to be created from Event pages, the need for a separate
Venues page will be drastically reduced.

Bug description:
Just as team, Venues are beginning to stack up and  it is not very intuitive, maybe categorizing them by contintent/country. More visual elements like maps would also work
